Wedding Day Qs
Wedding date and time?
May 17, 2025, ceremony starts at 5 PM. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes earlier to get settled. Refer to the wedding day tab for all wedding day details.
How do I RSVP for the wedding?
You will receive an E-vite to RSVP by April 5, 2025
Are the wedding day events indoor or outdoor?
The cocktail party and ceremony will be outdoors. Reception and after party will be indoors.
Wedding day attire?
Black Tie Event = dress in a way that makes you feel confident, sexy, and happy.
Ladies: Although the sand surface is hardened, we recommend avoiding thin heels, as they might sink into the sand. Thicker heels recommended for cocktail party and ceremony. Feel free to bring your fabulous stilettos for the reception if you’d like, they’ll work perfectly on the regular flooring!
Can I bring a date?
If your invitation says “and guest,” then yes! If not, we’re keeping it intimate and hope you understand.
Are kids invited?
Adults only celebration*. We hope you enjoy the night off!
*exception: Family & those participating in wedding ceremony.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Free valet service will be provided for all wedding guests on wedding night upon arrival. There is also a $10 daily parking pass for those staying multiple days on property.
Will we need a car rental to get around?
You do not need a car for any weekend activities. Everything will be in the resort or within 1-2 miles where we can take a shuttle. Many of you might bring in a car if driving from Miami, this is understandable and you may park it over the weekend as part of your resort stay with valet.
Travel/Accommodation Qs
Are there any hotels near Isla Bella Resort where I can stay?
While we recommend staying on the property, we understand availability and preferences may vary. Please refer to the "Hotel/Travel" tab for alternative hotel options within 5 miles of Isla Bella.
Can I get an early check-in an/or late check-out at Isla Bella?
Isla Bella cannot guarantee either, they will try to accommodate all specific requests. Alert your expected arrival/departure times at least two weeks in advance.
Is Isla Bella Resort Pet friendly?
From the resort " Our resort happily welcomes your family dog (up to 2 per room). Please let us know asap
if you’ll be traveling with your furry friend, so we can reserve a pet-friendly room. There
is a daily pet fee of $100 for the first dog, and $25 for the second. "
Are there restaurants on property & should I make reservations for and how far in advance?
Yes, several - refer to "things to do" tab. Make private reservations at least 2 weeks prior.
Are there any disability accommodations?
Upon request (the day of call reception) there will be several golf carts on property for transportation to and from the wedding events.
